Minimum Requirements

Automatic Installation
Automatic installation is easier than manual installation, because WordPress takes care of the file transfers without you having to leave your web browser. To automatically install the Personalization plugin by Flowcraft, log in to your WordPress admin panel, go to Plugins and click “Add New”.
Type “Personalization plugin by Flowcraft” in the search field and click “Search Plugins”. Once you’ve found our Personalization plugin, simply click “Install Now” to install it automatically.
Manual Installation
To manually install the Personalization plugin by Flowcraft, you need to download it and then upload it to your webserver via an FTP application of your choosing. More instructions on how to do this can be found in the WordPress codex.
Updating
Automatic updates should work with no problem. Just in case, make sure you backup you site before updating.
